Hey, just wanted to say you guys did a great job over the weekend. I checked a lot of other Texas surf websites trying to decide which day to hit the water, and yours was by far the most accurate and up to date.
We hit Surfside early Sunday morning, and I had one of the best sessions of my life. Keep up the good work.

I got your surf e-lert on my cell phone this morning just before I walked out the door for work.
Thanks, you saved me a trip back home over my lunch hour to get my board if I want to go down after work.
I knew to grab my board, shorts, towels, and rod and reel for a possible outing this evening. -- Mahalo

I like what you've done with the page -- especially the weather conditions.

Thanks for continuing to improve Netsurfing.com. I love the new look. Thanks also for plugging the surf movies. On behalf of Bruce Grimes and the other producers, Surfrider and now TGSA, we really appreciate it!

Hi, I just want to give a big THANK YOU for the Surfer Alert. I am 43 years old and have been surfing for 31 years. I grew up on the east coast of Florida and now live in Dallas. I surf as much as time will allow me to.
Since I signed on to the Surfer Alert I have had a much greater percentage of scoring good waves than I did before. I can't tell you how many times in the past I have watched the weather and made my best guess at how the waves would be, only to drive 5 1/2 hours to find it knee high and choppy. My brother now lives close to me and we both took off work on Feb 20 to drive down after getting the alert. We caught it mostly headhigh and offshore. It was a good day. Thanks a million.

Hey David,
Of course the surf's up! It's always up when Clay has to be in the studio for a week at a time or is on the road with his band. He can predict tropical storms in the gulf weeks before they develop, just by looking at his schedule. The farther he is from the coast, the bigger the waves. Keep the alerts coming.

I've been monitoring it for a couple of days, and this morning first thing when I woke up I checked the report and I started sweating and my heart started thumping! About time! A real swell. I will leave tonight as soon as class is over (about 830) and head down, surf tomorrow! I am so excited to surf I can't think about anything else. -- See you in the water!
